Congratulations on the first step of a beautiful journey. What’s next? There’s so much that goes into a wedding that it’s hard to know where to even begin! Trust me, I’ve been there. So many options, so many vendors, so many phone calls, emails & excel sheets! Choosing a photographer is just one of those many important wedding day decisions you will both make. I don’t want to be just another vendor, I want to build a trusting relationship with you, be your friend and make this process as simple and smooth as possible. After all, I will be by your side (literally) the entire day making sure I capture all the moments!
I know how important your wedding day is and as beautiful as I know it’s going to be, my job is not only to capture memories that will last you a lifetime, but to also be present with you on your big day; every tear, emotion, and moments in-between.
I also want to mention, my husband Rafael (Raf) is a videographer and has worked with me on a bunch of weddings. We absolutely love working together and love when clients book the both of us for their wedding! We literally high-five each other and break out in a celebratory dance when we get booked together haha! If you’re not interested in videography services, that’s totally ok! Just thought I’d let you know that we do offer both services!

We also offer Collections for intimate weddings (less than 50 guests) and coverage for less than 6 hours or more than 8 hours.

Your gallery is officially here! You and your partner can re-live the moments of your wedding day all over again with your gorgeous photos. All the emotions, every moment, every memory created, all yours for eternity.
5. the big day
The wedding day is officially here. I’ll be by your side the entire day making sure you are well hydrated, have had something to eat, feeding you all the snacks, fixing your hair, holding your dress, dancing with you on the dance floor all while behind the camera, documenting your special day! Your professional third-wheel.
6. the wind down
The big day is officially over, you’ve had some time to relax and you’re officially newlyweds! You can expect some sneak peeks from me within 24-48 hours of your wedding day to hold you over until I complete and send your entire wedding gallery.
4. I'm all yours
Contract is signed and deposit is paid! Im officially your bestie for the restie! You’ll have my contact info and are more than welcome to reach out from now until your big day! We’ll plan the wedding timeline for photos, making sure that I’ll capture all the beautiful, candid moments! If you have a wedding coordinator, I’ll work around the timeline they have for the day to make sure everything is aligned.

After I reach out to you, I’ll confirm some wedding details and the wedding collection you’re interested in. If you need some customization for your wedding collection, we’ll work on that!
3. Let's lock it in
Once we have a custom wedding collection that suits your needs, I’ll send out an agreement for you to sign and pay your non-refundable deposit to lock it all in!

Do you travel?
I LOVE destination weddings! I’m happy to create a custom package to fit your wedding plans. Whether you want to include a pre or post wedding session, rehearsal dinner/party photos, or need multiple days of coverage, we can make it happen! Travel and accommodation fees are included in destination packages, so you won’t have to worry about a thing!
What is your editing process like? & can you send us the RAW files?
Short answer: No. To elaborate, the editing process is a huge part of my job and is just as important as shooting your wedding day. The editing process is where I really get to sit down, take my time, examine each photo and get my creativity flowing. I take my time to really edit each photo and make sure it is perfect before I send it out. The RAW files are not a reflection of my final work and is not a true representation of Faye Moya Photography.
